Brian Bristol
- Most recently Mr. Bristol was Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at W. R. Hambrecht + Co from 2003 to the present
- Prior to joining W. R. Hambrecht + Co, he was Managing Director and the Head of Investment Banking at SoundView Technology Group
- Mr. Bristol was Director and Co-Head of the Technology Investment Banking Group at Salomon Brothers and was Vice President of the Technology Group at First Boston’s investment banking unit
- Mr. Bristol began his career on Wall Street with Smith Barney
- Mr. Bristol received his B.A. from Yale University, and M.A. and Ph.D. from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University
